1. Money-Back Guarantee

We provide a 7-day money-back guarantee for the following services:

  • ✅ Cloud Hosting – 7 Days Refund
  • ✅ WordPress Hosting – 7 Days Refund
  • ✅ Reseller Hosting – 3 Days Refund

Non-Refundable Services:

  • ❌ VPS Hosting – No Refund
  • ❌ Dedicated Servers – No Refund
  • ❌ Windows RDP/VPS – No Refund
  • ❌ Domain Registrations, Renewals & Transfers – No Refund
  • ❌ SSL Certificates & Add-ons – No Refund

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • You must submit your refund request within the eligible period (7 days for shared, cloud, and WordPress hosting; 3 days for reseller hosting).
  • Your account must be in good standing and must not have violated any Terms of Service (e.g., hosting prohibited content, abuse, spam).
  • Refunds apply only to first-time customers. If you have previously received a refund from Sync Verge, you will not be eligible for another refund.
  • Refunds are not applicable to renewal payments, special promotions, or discounted purchases.

3. Refund Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Refund Request – Email support@syncverge.cloud within the refund period, including your account details and reason for the request.
  2. Verification & Processing – Our team will review your request and process the refund within 7-10 business days.
  3. Refund Method – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made via credit balance, refunds will be credited back to the Sync Verge wallet (not external payment methods like JazzCash/Easypaisa).

4. Partial Refunds

  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused service periods.
  • If you downgrade your plan, the difference will not be refunded but may be adjusted as credit balance for future purchases.

5. Cancellation by Sync Verge

  • If Sync Verge suspends or terminates your account due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., hosting illegal content, abuse, DMCA violations), you will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Policy Modifications

Sync Verge reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
