Welcome to Sync Verge! By using our services, including Web Hosting, VPS Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Reseller Hosting and Windows RDP/VPS, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“TOS“). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sync Verge services, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of our services immediately.

2. Services Provided

Sync Verge offers the following services:

  • Web Hosting
  • Dedicated Servers
  • VPS Hosting
  • Shared Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting
  • Reseller Hosting
  • Master Reseller Hosting
  • Windows RDP/VPS
  • Domain Registration

These services are intended for legal and authorized use only.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use our services for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized activities, such as:

  • Hacking & Cybercrimes – Unauthorized access, penetration testing, phishing, malware distribution.
  • Financial Crimes – Credit card fraud, identity theft, illegal financial transactions.
  • Piracy & Copyright Violations – Hosting or distributing copyrighted materials without authorization.
  • Spam & Mass Mailing – Sending bulk emails or spam campaigns that violate email marketing laws.
  • Cryptojacking & Illegal Mining – Unauthorized use of resources for cryptocurrency mining.
  • DDoS Attacks & Botnets – Engaging in or facilitating network-disrupting activities.
  • Hate Speech & Terrorism – Using services for violent, extremist, or discriminatory content.

Additional prohibited activities include:

  • Free Hosting for Resellers
  • High Traffic News Websites
  • Phishing, Spam, SMM Panel Scripts, Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
  • Pirated Software/Warez
  • Image Hosting Scripts
  • Large Collections of MP3/DVD/CD ISO Files
  • Prime Bank Programs, Lottery Sites, PTC/HYIP Sites
  • Fraudulent Sites
  • Adult Content (Pornography)
  • Push Button Mail Scripts, Bitcoin Mining, Hacker-Focused Sites/Archives
  • Domains using .tk, .ml, .cf, .ga extensions without prior approval

Violation of these terms may result in immediate service termination and legal action.

4. Compliance with Cloud Provider Policies

Sync Verge operates in compliance with IBM Cloud, OVH Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud policies. Customers must adhere to the respective provider’s terms.

5. DMCA Policy

In case of any DMCA report by any authorized organization, we will send you a notice. If you do not follow our guidelines within 3 business days of receiving the notice, your service will be terminated without any refund.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of Prohibited Activities policy.
  • Non-payment of service fees.
  • Abuse of system resources.
  • Violation of applicable laws or third-party policies.
  • Hosting expiration not renewed within 7 days will lead to termination and irreversible data loss.

Termination by User: Users may terminate their account by contacting support. Any fees paid are non-refundable unless covered by the money-back guarantee.

7. Billing & Payments

  • All payments are non-refundable, except when Sync Verge fails to deliver the service.
  • Fund or Credit Balance: No refund after funds are added to the credit balance.
  • Refund Policy: Hosting plans have a 5-day money-back guarantee, but domain registration fees are non-refundable.
  • Subscriptions and invoices must be paid before the due date to avoid service suspension.
  • Services will be terminated after 7 days of overdue invoices.

8. Liability & Indemnification

Sync Verge is not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from misuse of our services. Customers agree to indemnify and hold Sync Verge harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal disputes resulting from their actions.

9. Backup & Recovery

  • Free Backup: Complimentary service; fully automated data backup.
  • Size Limitation: Accounts larger than 10GB are excluded from backups.
  • Backup Schedule: Backups are performed thrice weekly with a maximum of 5 backup retentions.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their files.

Reactivation Fee: Accounts suspended due to malware, phishing, or prohibited content incur a $1 reactivation fee.

10. Domain Registration

  • Non-Refundable: Domain registration, renewal, and transfer fees are non-refundable.
  • Domain Errors: Clients must notify Sync Verge within 3 working days of any domain registration failure.
  • Trademark Violations: Domains infringing registered trademarks are prohibited.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and do not share customer data with third parties, except as required by law. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

Sync Verge reserves the right to modify these TOS at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Unlimited Usage Policy

Your account may not be used as a storage and/or backup service for files/archives. Any account found to be using an excessive and/or unreasonable amount of disk space may be asked to reduce their usage or face suspension/termination.

14. Affiliate Program

  • Fraud or Abuse: Accounts with referrals involving fraud, abuse, or misconduct will not receive payments.
  • Referral Activity: Accounts must be active for at least 60 days to qualify for affiliate payments.
  • Commission: Refund requests nullify referral commissions.
  • Prohibited Advertising: No bulk email traffic, fraud redirects, or malicious advertising will be accepted.

15. Termination of Service Due to Inactivity

Hosting that expires and is not renewed within 7 days from its expiry date will be permanently terminated, and data cannot be restored.
